HISTORY

PRHYME Steakhouse, located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma and opened by the Justin Thompson Restaurant Group, was founded in 2011. PRHYME quickly established itself as a premier dining destination in Tulsa's Arts District, emphasizing high-quality ingredients and meticulous preparation​ of its USDA Prime steaks. Over the years, PRHYME has updated not only its menu but its dining room as well, adding private dining rooms that accommodate between 12 and 60 guests, in 2021. PRHYME has won numerous awards for it’s wine list and menu over the years, being honored by Tulsa People Magazine, Oklahoma Magazine, the Tulsa World, and Wine Spectator. PRHYME’s commitment to excellence in both food and beverage has made it a popular choice for special occasions, business meetings, and elegant nights out​.  

A CUT ABOVE..

Steak holds a special place in the realm of celebratory meals and dining out, often symbolizing luxury, indulgence, and a rewarding experience. At PRHYME, we understand this better than anyone, which is why USDA Prime beef is the lowest grade we offer, when it comes to quality. Unlike any other steakhouse in Oklahoma, we only offer Prime grade or better to our guests. Even our tenderloin filets and in-house ground burgers are all USDA Prime beef. In addition we offer both American wagyu and Japanese A5 wagyu from Kumamoto Japan.

We recognize and respect our guests desire for the absolute best when it comes to steak, and we offer nothing less. In addition to the quality of our steaks, we take exceptional care in preparing each steak, beginning with our in-house butchery, additional aging, simple but effective seasoning, expert broiling to your desired doneness, and finished flavoring with our thyme infused compound butter.

WINE SELECTION

The importance of curating a comprehensive wine list fitting of Prhyme’s exceptional quality steaks cannot be overstated. The perfectly paired wine will enhance the rich, savory flavors of a ribeye or the subtle, delicate flavors of a tenderloin filet. Balancing the richness of steak with the acidity, tannins and flavors of the right wine enhances the dining experience and we understand and respect how important that is for our guests.

Our wine list offers our guests the opportunity to explore wines from some of the best appellations and growers in the world. Our certified sommeliers on staff assist in choosing the right wine for your meal, whether it’s a Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa, an Italian Nebbiolo, or the perfect Bordeaux to complement our American wagyu. Our list features over 350 different wines by the bottle and many others by the glass and half bottle.
